Intake & Diagnosis
It all begins with proper diagnosis. During an initial intake, we will go through all symptoms and healthcare concerns and work together to formulate goals and a treatment plan.
Medication Management & Therapy
We will start from the beginning and work together as a team to optimize medications and provide supportive therapy at each visit as needed. You will always be in charge of your own healthcare and have all questions answered about your medications, prognosis, and treatment plan. The goal is to make you an advocate for your own healthcare.
